We are excited that you chose to work with Hexagon’s Building Solutions for your project

needs, and we can’t wait to get started. Our customer success team will schedule a kickoff call with you shortly, but in the meantime, we have a few items for you to complete!

ONBOARDING CHECKLIST

Before your kickoff call, please send us the following:

  1. Federated BIM (File Format to be Navisworks .nwd)

  2. Project Schedule (If using Progress Reporting. File Format to be Excel and PDF)

  3. Work Breakdown Structure OR Schedule of Values (If using Progress 5D. File Format to be .xlsx)

  4. Access to 360 Photo Documentation Hosting Platform (Drone Deploy Ground or Multivista)

  5. Emails of users that need access to the Hexagon Construction Analysis Portal (CAP)

  6. Kickoff Call with Hexagon Building Solutions Customer Success Team

  7. Once these items have been sent and the kickoff call is scheduled, we will cover the below:

    1. Introductions: Roles and responsibilities

    2. Product Overview

    3. Project Success Checklist: Review criteria for a successful engagement

    4. Hexagon Building Solutions Adoption: Tailoring the Hexagon CAP platform to the project’s processes and needs

During the next few months, you will receive training on how to best utilize the Hexagon

CAP through live calls, and access to our Customer Resource Hub. There you will find

training PDFs and videos that show you how to use key features inside the platform.
