Submitting Support Tickets in Hexagon CAP

Reporting an issue to our support team is easy through our platform, enabling users to get fast resolutions to their problems.

Steps for reporting an issue

1. If an issue occurs, click on the three dots on the top right corner of the portal in Explorer mode and select Report Issue. This option exists in all the Hexagon CAP pages ( Summary, Explorer, Reports , etc.)

2. A Hexagon CAP YouTrack Window will open with text boxes to fill out. These include: your email address, a summary of the issue, an option to add a more Hexagon’s Building Solutions 129 South Main Street Grapevine, TX 76051 | Hexagon's Building Solutions detailed description, the portal URL that you can copy from your browser and a space to describe the step you followed when the issue happened so that the Avvir team can reproduce it. The last option is to upload a screenshot of what you see in the Hexagon CAP. Once all the information is added press the blue Send button.

3. Once you see the screen below, you have successfully submitted the Issue Report and can close the window. A member of our product support team will be in touch with you about the status of your issue shortly.
